Expert Advisor with Scanner dashboard for candlestick pattern. No other indicators required.

I want an EA that can be ON/OFF on a visual dashboard scanner with notification, email, alert for forex pairs and indices. Using MT4.

The logic is very simple..only need to code in open, close, high and low prices of candles.

Below is part of the requirement:

For longing,
1. At end of candle (in this case, it is candle 0), check conditions for candle 0, candle -1 and candle -2.

Candle 0 condition:
-Candle 0 LOW must be lower than Candle -2 LOW
- AND candle 0 CLOSE must be higher than Candle -2 LOW

Candle 1 condition: (let u know more later)
Candle 2 condition: (let u know more later)

EA requirement:

1. Include Magic Number Choice. Allow me to change the number for buy/sell to have their own magic number.
2. Include Filter timing to trade. Start trading to Stop trading timing.
3. Include Order and Risk management.
-Allow me to choose lot size or % of my portfolio to trade.
-Once order is open, stop loss is set at LOW of candle 0.
-Include trailing stop loss function.
4. Include option to ON/OFF EA so I can trade manually from looking at dashboard.

Will need source code at end of project. Give me at least 2 days of testing on real live data.
