Develop a bot that uses artificial intelligence

Hello, I would like to develop a bot that uses artificial intelligence to find value bets in sports betting bookies. The idea is to provide a database of statistics to the bot and, aided by artificial intelligence, determine from which odds a bet on an event would have value. I would also be interested in having the same bot monitor the data on the bookie and, in case at some point during the live event, one of the odds had value, indicate it as well.
