MT4 Expert Advisor Spread Filter with Countdown Timer Feature

I am seeking a skilled and experienced programmer to add a countdown timer feature to my existing MT4 Expert Advisor. The EA currently has a spread filter that prevents initial trades from opening if the spread is above a certain maximum setting. However, I have noticed that the spread can briefly dip below this setting for a moment before going back up, resulting in unwanted trades.

To solve this issue, I would like to implement a countdown timer that works in conjunction with the spread filter. The timer will be in seconds and will be user-input based. The EA should not open any initial trades until the full countdown time has elapsed and the spread remains below the maximum setting. If the spread goes above the maximum setting, even for a moment, the countdown timer should reset and begin counting down again.

I am only looking for programmers who have experience working with MT4 Expert Advisors and have added countdown timer features before. I will provide parts of the EA code relevant to this job, but I will not share the entire EA code. I expect the code to be clean and professional, and communication to be clear and accurate.
