Trading Panel with Risk Measurement MT4

Hello, I want a tool that open a mini window in my chart and let me to select the type of operation (none, buy or sell), the distance in points for stop and TP, and let to choose the lot manually or with a risk % option where i can set the Risk % and the tool automatically change the lot. The tool should have a button to send the trade, close the last trade in current symbol and close all trades. The other important feature is that when i set the type of operation as buy, or sell, the tool should draw 2 lines in the chart one for the stop and other for the TP, and It should let me to move manually and when I do it should update the points in the Stop and TP section and change the lot depend on the risk I set for the trade.

It can be something as the Oanda Mini Terminal example here: https://vimeo.com/467693787, but with the option of lot defined by risk and the movable lines that represent the stop and TP.

Please tell me your budget, if you have some questions, and the duration of the project. I will need the EX4 and the complete source code of the project.
