Create a new version of an existing indicator with display only at the candle close

The attached indicator paints a dot at each tick.  And, it then sometimes leaves both a red and a green dot on the chart. 

So, if the protocol painted a green dot for part of the ticks and ended with a red dot, then both a green and a red dot show for that candle after the candle closes.

I would like a new version of the binary-trading-signals-indicator called 'binary-dots'. 

This new version will not do any calculations on a per-tick basis. Instead, it will only perform calculations at the close of the candle.

The benefit will be an indicator that is far more efficient.  And, only one dot will appear for each candlestick.

Please provide the source code at the end of the project.
