I need a robot based on pending specific time and date

I need a robot that open 2 pending positions with buy stop and sell stop at the same time based on preestablished time. The robot should read the price in the market at the indicated time and open the pending positions. The parameters will include the number of points between the opened pending positions and the actual price, TP and SL also included for each position.
