Simple EA needed to indicate how often specific charts are touching certain moving averages

I need a simple EA built to tell me when a specified chart (IE 1 hour, 4 hour etc) is a certain number of candle sticks since the last time it touched a specific moving average.  I don't need any automated trading capability added to it, just something to indicate when the number of candles are reached.  I would like it to display on the chart a check mark or a colored "X" or something along those lines.
