EA built of RSI Divergence indicator

Nee an EA built with the following parameters: 

Need an EA built from the supplied indicator. Indicator displays an arrow at RSI diversion and would like a trade initiated at that point.

Would like the EA to trade as described below:

Should trade off the Timeframe that is currently loaded

I would like the following settings to be implemented for TP and SL

1) TP based on the current ATR of the instrument. User defined as a multiplier of the ATR eg: 1, 1.2, 1.3, ......3.0 ect. Example: Current ATR is 5 Multiplier is 1.5 = TP is 7.5

2) Stop Loss should be auto set from the TP as a ratio of 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 and that should be it for the SL

            So if the user defines a TP at 1 and the ATR currently is 5pts then TP is 5pts and if the SL is user defined at 1:2 then the SL should be autoset at 2.5pts

3) Also would like to implement a trailing stop after "X" pts which also should be user defined. And should be able to shut off or turn on as required.

4) Just a note which probably is apparent but just want to be sure of clarity, if the signal comes from the 1m TF the trade should be based off the ATR for that TF and accordingly for the 5m and the 15m obviously the ATR is going to be higher for the higher TF's ect. 

If there is a secondary signal during an active trade that should be ignored I don’t want multiple trades on the same pair/instrument.
