Need help creating bollinger bands EA

please find specifications below:

BUY entry:
when x candles in a row close below lower bollinger band, enter BUY trade.

SELL entry:
when x candles in a row close above upper bollinger band, enter SELL trade.

CLOSE logic:
use TP and SL

FILTERS:
yes/no BUY entry x number of candles must all be red (close lower than candle open) (if yes then all x candles in a row must each close lower than their open)
yes/no SELL entry x number of candles must all be blue (close higher than candle open)
if one of x candles body is greater than x pips then do not open trade
if one of x candles body is less than x pips then do not open trade
trade only between x and y hours.

INPUTS required:

1. bollinger bands (BB) indicator inputs
2. x candles in a row input
3. TP and SL
4. filter inputs
