I looking for an MQL4 coding expert to code an EA.

The expert advisor should listen to a server-side event, when getting a new signal, it executes it accordingly.

Below are the steps in details:

1. Get data from SSE on MT4 from a URI

2. Match the licenseId from the payload and place the order accordingly.
