Coverting a Tradingview indicator to MT4!

I want to create an indicator that will scan past few candles and show resistance or support areas by drawing a line over the candles. - It should work on any timeframe - Support horizontal and sloped support/resistance lines. - Number of candles should be updatable in inputs - Generate a signal Buy / Sell when a new line is created - Allow EAs connect to it

I want an indicator based on two candles , once first candle is printed. Second candle must open and not trade above/below 50% of first candle(fully candle including highs and lows) , but it must trade below/above wick and close back inside first candle then give signal to buy or sell. I want to lock my indicators and my EAs in the data folder with a password because i am going to give my pc to a trader , and i do not want him to just go to my data folder and copy my indicators and EAs , i will not send my indicators to the developer, i want to use a password protection in the windows system or if mt4 has this protection feature then its ok, the real names of the indicators also should be changed
