Work to be made on an existing EA.

We have an existing EA build over a trading view script. But we currently have 2 problems:

1) The EA doesn't exactly reflect our trading view algo, we need you to be able to translate line by line a pinescript script. So you will be given our pinescript code to be able to translate that into the existing EA.

2) We need to add remote licensing to the EA as described at point 5 of this article. https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/359
