Simple robot and SMA21

Hello, I am looking for a developer who can help me build a robot.

Instrument: DAX (but with the option to add more)

Time range: 8 am - 12 pm (CEST) (modifiable)

Only one indicator: SMA21

Buying

• Entry: If the bullish (white) candle opens and closes above the SMA21
• SL: 1 point below the SMA21 in the moment of entry
  
• TP: When a bearish (black) candle opens and closes below the SMA21 (regardless of candle size)
  

Multiple entries at the same time: no (one trade at a time for each instrument)

Entry candle size: No less than 3 points and no more than 15 points (between open and close levels, that is, the body of that candle).

Volumen: Adjustable lots (with a pop-up window)
