Логика работы:
Индикатор должен следить за буферными элементами двух сигнальных индикаторов и генерировать свой сигнал при совпадении сигналов от сигнальных индикаторов.

Запоминает последний сигнал индикатора и считает его активным до смени сигнала на противоположный.

Повторный сигнал в том же направлении при повторном складывании сигналов от сигнальных индикаторов.

Сигнал основного индикатора формируется при жёсткой последовательности сигналов, Сначала получаем сигнал от Signal Indicator №1 потом получаем сигнал от Signal Indicator №2

buffer № 0 = BUY signal
buffer № 1 = SELL signal
buffer № 2 - При отсутствии сигнала Buy или Sell генерируется сигнал этого буфера
