EA with two Indicators

Hello, an EA for MT4 is to be programmed. Two indicators are the basis for this.
1. support and resistance
2. angular momentum
A sell should be traded when the resistance zone is fixed on the screen and the candle closes below the Angular Momentum indicator, see attached picture. A call option correspondingly opposite.
It should have two options of SL, the first option is exactly the support or resistance zone as a further option there should be the possibility to increase this zone default by a freely insertable number of pips, example call option, support is at 1.34000 then with the first option this value should be set automatically, with the second option if one enters for example 10 pips the SL changes to 1.33900.
The TP should be freely adjustable in pips.
There should be the possibility to set the trading times for each day.
The number of lots should be freely adjustable, as well as the number of trades. In the end, the source code must be supplied.
