Creation of a batch job strategy optimizer program

I am looking to have an external program developed that can do a walk forward strategy optimization on MT5.

Requirements:

- GUI for ease of control

- Ability to control the strategy tester of the terminal via commands.

- get/select EA that is installed on the terminal to do walk forward strategy optimization on.

- get/set parameters to optimize for

- Define datetime range for which the total optimization needs to happen.

- Define a time interval for the start of the walk forward multiple runs.

- Generate all set files to have optimized according to the above inputs.

- Batch run through all set files in strategy optimizer.

- Export the XML of every strategy optimization run as separate XML (so they can be combined later on for analysis)

Run strategy would look something like below:

- For every run a total strategy optimization would happen over all selected parameters.
