Expert advisor based on an indicator not usable, so it is necesarry to study its behaviour and do it the same to open the orders

I wanted to create an expert advisor, which, given an indicator that paints buy(green) or sell(red) signals, opens a buy or sell trade on the asset where the expert advisor is installed. The position of the order will be 1.5% of the account until the stop loss. The strategy will be 1:1. The height of the stop loss is also painted by the indicator. I don't have the indicator code, but I can show the signals it sends, and how it is painted. the indicator already sends signals.

The indicator is not usable because it has no buffer, so it is necesarry to study its behaviour and paint the same signals, it based on action price.
