Code a MT4 Market Watch List Scanner based on an indicator.

The scanner should use all input values of the indicator and run through MT4 market watchlist to identify pairs that are currently touching the upper band and lower band. A list of pairs touching the upper band and a list of pairs touching the lower band at the time of the scanning should be the out put of the scanner. Ability to scan through all time frames should also be an out put. I intend to keep this scanner running continuously so the scanner should NOT BE CPU intensive. Appropriate alerts (sound, message,email and notifications) should be added to the scanner so that whenever a new pair finds its way to the list I get alerts. The out put list of pairs should be easily manageable interms of its location on the screen and font size colour etc. I would leave the rest of the product design up to the coder's liking.
