Add a simple entry function and basket closure in my indicator based Expert Advisor

Existing EA needs the following additions:

comment

market order / pending order after candle close (actually only pending orders)

number of max open trades

use signals of TMAkCG-mladen-TEAMTRADER for entry (as an addition to the existing entry option)

BE set to entry + x pips

max distance to last sell signal for valid buy signal and max distance to buy signal for valid sell signal

basket closure: close all trades when + x% of balance

                         close all trades when - x% of balance

stop trading after basket closure y/n

close all trades at time xx.xx
