Add an alert with arrows to an indicator

I need an alert added to an indicator whenever the indicator line changes color from Yellow to Red, and Red to Yellow (cross above/ cross below). An up or Down arrow should be placed above or below the close of the last candle after the alert occur. Show screen alert and indicate which currency pair and specify if it's a Buy or Sell (Up arrow Buy, Down arrow Sell)

All settings should be manually adjustable:

Original indicator settings should be maintained (manually adjustable)

* 3 alert tones to select from

* Option to set the number of candles to close after indicator color changes/ crosses before alert will show

* Option to manually set the colors of arrows (Up/ Down)

If indicator is set on the 15Min Timeframe and a cross occurs with an arrow, arrow shouldn't be visible on the next time frame when timeframe is switched from 15Min to H1.

Maximum 5 arrows should be visible on a chart, whenever a new alert is created with arrow, the last arrow of the 5 arrows should be auto deleted.
