Finish my EA Copier

Hello all! I am new here so please bear with me.  

I am in need of a good coder that can finish my ea copier. from what i know 90% is done, there are only a couple of things left to do and my developer quit me without giving it finished.

Some of the things left undone are: adding new slave even if master has trades open, deal with suffixes, some issues with different broker feeds (slave must respect master actions, not his broker prices) etc.

There are 2 parts, user manager and copier that is working based on the master from a .csv and the slaves from another .csv file so the copier just makes the connections from those 2 files and pass the trades. My old copier used nj4x library and copier + manager is in visual.
