worst developer i ever met, can't understand english, put bugs in the EA without test it, ask for more payment to solve bugs, i don't have version working till now and i waste 2 months.

need develop EA on MQL5 based on RSI on 3 time frame (in future also need add one more indicator we develop).

need define the high and low level of market on the point we defind the rsi level we need. 

this development is on going project, we start with basic rules and add more rules afte optimization and with new payment for developer for each milestone.

programmer must be proffesional with added value of helping fast optimization, only deliver varsion of EA after he tested it and find no error or bugs.

the developer who will be choose to work with us will have long term income and also intresting and very prifitable strategy
