Connect Tradingview signals with MT5 for trade

I need to connect tradingview with metatrader5 so that it buys and sells automatically every time an alert is activated in tradingview

I need the following:

- When the signal is contrary to the open trade close the open and new open in the new direction.

- Take profit and stop loss in pips or % of entry price in each trade.

- To be able to adjust the lot.

- Can pyramid.
