Dashboard Indicator

Hi. I am looking to create a Dashboard (something similar to the picture attached) which I can add to a chart and can show me my criteria for all the pairs a broker offers.

The Dashboard needs to show Four buttons/columns:

1-  When M1 200 SimpleMA > M5 200 EMA > M15 200 EMA = Green Button   OR when M1 200 SimpleMA < M5 200 EMA < M15 200 EMA  =  Red Button

2- M15 5 SmoothedMA > M15 5 SmoothedMA (Shift = 5) = Green Button  OR when M15 5 SmoothedMA < M15 5 SmoothedMA with a Shift of 5 = Red Button  (Picture and Template to show settings attached)

3- (M15 8 SmoothedMA > M15 21 SmoothedMA) - Both MAs are applied to the M15 14 Williams Percent Range Indicator = Green Button  OR when  (M15 8 SmoothedMA < M15 21 SmoothedMA) - Both MAs are applied to the M15 14 Williams Percent Range = Red Button   (Picture and Template to show settings attached)

4- CompRSISelectv2 Indicator > 50 = Green Button   OR when  CompRSISelectv2 < 50  = Red Button  (Indicator attached)

Notes:

- Ability to change the periods, timeframes, MA types in the settings

- Ability to add the pairs I need to track in the settings.

- Ability to add put notifications on or off for when all the 4 buttons are the same color for a pair.
