I need an Expert Advisor that will trade the Main Stochastics.

Whenever the Main Stochastics is going above OverBought level we sell the first bar that closes back below the OveBought Level, and whenever the Main Stochastics Goes below the OverSold level we Buy the first bar that closes Above the oversold level. 

The EA will need to include also some Trade Management:

1) A time from when to when the EA should trade.

2) A maximum of trades to be open at any give time.

3) A maximum of spread allowed between the Bid and Ask

4) a minimum of 30 seconds wait between one trade and the next.

5) a Stop Loss

6) a Profit taking target

7) a Breakeven

8) a Trailing Stop
