MQ4 Indicator

I need an indicator that interacts with hand drawn  trendlines (line 1 in the image)
When the price crosses the line 1, the indicator starts measuring the crossing distance in pips and places another line (3 in the image) The distance between line 3 and 1, is the same as the crossing distance multiplied by “ratio” (set by user).
When the price crosses below/above the line 3 the indicator has to trigger an alert.
There should be also a “minimum” line 3 distance in pips set by user
The alert sound should be set by user independently for up cross and down cross.
Also the email send on off should be available
The number of possible lines should not be limited
The alert should be played immediately when price crosses bellow/above line 3, not on candle close.
If line 2 (cross distance) gets updated before price crosses bellow/above line 3, then line 3 should also be updated.

Just to clarify:

- Line 1 is drawn by hand (mt4 tend line) lines 2 and 3 are made by the indicator

- When price crosses above line 1 in that case the alert is triggered when price crosses bellow line 3, like in the first example. The opposite is for the second example.
