Fibonacci indicator with alerts [multipair]

I need a configurable indicator  that make automatic fibonacci levels calculation and alert me when pair is near to the fibonacci levels.

Features needed:

• Option to indicate the currency pairs to scan or all the Market Watch pairs
• Option to indicate the sensivity (in percentage)
• Options (true/false) to indicate the levels to use (23.6, 38.2, 50 or 61.8 or 78.6).
• Option to indidate timeframe
  
• Recalculate data only in actual pair timeframe. If i put it in a EURUSD H1 graph, recalculate data only when the new bar is created in the next hour, but not in every TICK
• Show alerts on screen

• Panel showing al pairs with the percentage (or points) remaining to "touch" the alert zone

• Will be good if i can open the graph with the fibonacci lines when click in the panel, but its not necessary
