Create a Hedge Function

I have an E.a. with multi-currency, I want true and false for each asset of 28 pairs.

The concept has Martingale but i want a hedge function to be added to close the furthest trade,

For example lets say each grid is triggered at 20 pips and the value per pip is $0.10 per 0.01 lots:

Lots=$value-amt Negative=grid level

0.01 =$0.10 -$10.00= 1 first grid level 100 pips

0.02 =$0.20 -$16.00= 2 grid level 80 pips

0.04 =$0.40 -$24.00= 3rd grid level 60 pips

0.08 =$0.80 -$32.00 4th grid level 40 pips

0.16 =$1.60 -$32.00 5th grid level 20 pips

for example the hedge comes in and closes the 0.01 while 0.02 is open up to 0.16. 

Can this be done in a percentage basis thing where 0.5% or 1% risk exposure on the

account triggers a hedge order to close or reduce the risk.
