An expert based on candle sticks

I would like a EA that works on Japanese candle stick patterns. The EA will only give you and arrow for entry if the patterns is at a support or resistance based on the time frame of the chart being used.

I'm looking for alert tool for MT4. The tool must collect from ''Marketwatch'' window of MT4 entire collection, absolutelly everything, of available trading symbols. Then each symbol, in the tool, must have its own checkbox to tick (enable) or untick (disable) the tracking of that symbol. The choice of enabled / disabled symbols must be remembered even after rebooting the tool of chart or MT4 terminal or entire computer. This means the choices will probably require CSV file being auto updated (auto saved) at the background of tool's functionality. It is very important that tool really includes everything what is available to be traded by particular broker on logged in trading account. There are two subjects to emphasize it. I may log out of one trading account and log in to another trading account. The tool must recognize this automatically and update collection from Marketwatch window (to be transferred to the dashboard of the tool). This may happen particularly if switching between one and another type of trading account of the same broker. Some brokers may offer different collection of symbols (and it's titles) for different versions of trading accounts. So it's really important that ALL available trading symbols in exact titles will be taken in real time from Marketwatch. Another subject to emphasize is that at any time it may happen that broker doesn't offer particular symbol to be traded anymore which means the symbol will be most likely gone from the MT4's Marketwatch list. Vice versa: at any time it may happen that broker will start offering new symbol to be traded which means new symbol, never seen before, will be available in MT4's Marketwatch list. In both cases the tool MUST recognize the change and show list of available symbols accordingly. All of them as they are available. As I said, one checkbox per one symbol. Saving of ticks / no ticks should be possible.

The tool must analyse strictly only:
- latest two (2) fully formed (closed) candles regardless of the chart time frame(s) I define
- one (1) single fully formed (closed) candle on the time frame which is for one period (i repeat: strictly only ONE period) lower than defined time frame with exception of M1 for obvious reason: there is no lower time frame than M1. So MN time frame has one period lower time frame which is W1. Time frame W1 has one period lower time frame which is D1. Time frame D1 has one period lower time frame which is H4. Time frame H4 has one period lower time frame which is H1. Then it depends on versions of MT4 and your tool should be able to automatically handle this. Latest versions of MT4 has M30 time frame included. Older versions of MT4 as far as I know don't have M30. So in latest versions of MT4, the time frame H1 has one period lower time frame which is M30 and then M30's lower which is M15 and then M15's lower which is M5 and then M5's lower which is M1. In older versions of MT4, the time frame H1 has one period lower time frame which is M15 and then M5 and then M1. Please make sure your tool will be able to handle potentially missing M30.

Due to EXTREME IMPORTANCE I have to repeat once again: The tool is always working with ONLY fully formed candles. So they MUST already get closed. As I said, two latest (most recent) fully formed on defined time frame (tool's settings) and only one, the most recent fully closed candle, on ONE PERIOD LOWER from define one(s).

I shall be able to define multiple time frame if needed. E.g. D1 and H4. This means the tool would analyze D1 (and H4) time frames together. It would also analyze H4 and H1 time frames together but NEVER mix (confuse) them.

I would like to have three type of alerts: window pop up (only one line per one alert per one MT4 terminal), email, sound. For sound alert, MP3 files are preferred with unlimited length of music file. If MP3 is not possible, WAV is ok too.

The tool should be possible to be used in multiple terminals, at the same time, installed on same computer. I would like to enable/disable wanted type of alert at any time.

The tool MUST report an alert STRICTLY ONLY if situation matches 100% exactly as requested below. Every single word is important. If I don't type anything then I don't want the restriction for alert to occur. For what I type, it must really happen exactly as typed, otherwise alert must NOT occur regardless of which type of alert (one, two, all three) is/are enabled. It is also very important that ALL conditions (per direction of trend) happen at the same time in order for alert to occur. Please look up and kindly read again fourth-previous paragraph starting with "Due to extreme importance".


ALERT FOR DOWNTREND:

1: On chosen time frame must be the highest level of upper shadow of the most recently closed candle below highest level of upper shadow of first-previous (the one before most recent) closed candle. It doesn't matter how much below but being on identical price level is NOT enough. At least one point below. No max limit.

2: On chosen time frame must be the lowest level of lower shadow of the most recently closed candle below lowest level of lower shadow of first-previous closed candle. It doesn't matter how much below but being on identical price level is NOT enough. At least one point below. No max limit.

3: On chosen time frame must color of the body of most recently closed candle refer to downtrend candle which obviously means the body color must be red. (body color of first-previous candle does NOT matter in this third condition)

4: Most recently closed candle on chosen time frame must NOT be so called "indecision" candle (doesn't matter for first-previous candle) and I assume you are aware of this term. We shall discuss later the criteria for being (not being) indecision. However, I say in advance that I prefer to NOT have this criteria based on body % size out of size of body + candles. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT, automatically assume that meeting condition1 and condition2 will assure that most recently closed candle on chosen time frame won't be indecision candle. That's not true. Particularly not if first-previous was indecision. So be very careful here.

5 (Condition to be IGNORED on strictly only M1 defined time frame for obvious reason but it must surely work if M1 is "one period lower time frame" which means M5 is defined one): Most recently closed candle on ONE PERIOD LOWER time frame must refer to downtrend candle which means the body color must be red.

6 (Condition to be IGNORED on strictly only M1 defined time frame but to work if M1 is "one period lower time frame"): Most recently closed candle on ONE PERIOD LOWER time frame must NOT be so called indecision candle.

ALERT FOR UPTREND:

1: On chosen time frame must be the lowest level of lower shadow of the most recently closed candle above lowest level of lower shadow of first-previous (the one before most recent) closed candle. It doesn't matter how much above but being on identical price level is NOT enough. At least one point above. No max limit.

2: On chosen time frame must be the highest level of higher shadow of the most recently closed candle above highest level of higher shadow of first-previous closed candle. It doesn't matter how much above but being on identical price level is NOT enough. At least one point above. No max limit.

3: On chosen time frame must color of the body of most recently closed candle refer to uptrend candle which obviously means the body color must be green. (body color of first-previous candle does NOT matter in this third condition)

4: Most recently closed candle on chosen time frame must NOT be so called "indecision" candle (doesn't matter for first-previous candle). Same remaining text as text in ''4'' for downtrend alert.

5 (Condition to be IGNORED on strictly only M1 defined time frame for obvious reason but it must surely work if M1 is "one period lower time frame" which means M5 is defined one): Most recently closed candle on ONE PERIOD LOWER time frame must refer to uptrend candle which means the body color must be green.

6 (Condition to be IGNORED on strictly only M1 defined time frame but to work if M1 is "one period lower time frame"): Most recently closed candle on ONE PERIOD LOWER time frame must NOT be so called indecision candle.

Remember: Always check LATEST TWO fully formed (closed) candles on ''chosen time frame'' and always check latest (most recent) ONLY ONE fully formed (closed) candle on one period lower time frame which means the tool will always check back, on one period lower time frame, first-previous (closed) candle comparing to the candle which is being formed.

The tool must work even if the candle (either upper or lower or both) has extremely small shadow, e.g. just one point in length.

The tool must also work even if the candle doesn't have upper and/or lower shadow. In this case, for red candles, upper shadow is equal to opening price and/or lower shadow is equal to closing price. For green candles, lower shadow is equal to opening price and/or upper shadow is equal to closing price. By "add/or" I'm obviously referring to the fact that it depends which shadow, IF any, is missing (candle fully formed without shadow). Both may be missing too. Please be particularly careful that tool will identify needed conditions for alert to occur / be sent / be played even if shadow(s) is/are missing.

I must NOT be required to have particular chart opened.

It would be great but not required that there is feature in the tool to open chart of the symbol where alert happened in exact time frame where alert was identified with most simple / cheapest / the least time consuming graphical element (e.g. arrow) showing where exactly that alert happened. Opening of chart to be done in defined template file (i define template's filename in settings of the tool).
