Indicator Panel for Watch list screening

I need an indicator i can use to easily screen through the market watch list on MT4 without having to load multiple charts, The indicator will be on a single chart window and you can just click on next button it loads the next symbol on the market watch on the screen and next and I can also move backwards using the previous button or back button. Also it should be able to use a drop down list to select the symbol and time frame to load. There should be another button to load the selected chart on another window like you right click on a symbol on watch list the option "Chart window". In this case it is just the button you click and it opens a new chart window

PLEASE NOTE: 

1). Its should not open multiple windows because this takes up lots of memory and time consuming. 

2) Please simplify the code as much as possible because too much complexity affects the performance. 

3) If you cannot do this job do not apply.
