I need to a .dll for multithreading

Hi,

I want to run 2 functions in the same time. But, I guess mql5 does not support the multithreading. I am calling the one of functions in OnTick event. Then, I tried to call the other function in OnTimer.

But OnTimer and OnTick aren't working in the same time. Sometimes OnTick works first, sometimes OnTimer. Example code:

void OnTick(){
    Socket_Send("Some Data");
}

//Every 10 milliseconds
void OnTimer(){
    Socket_Receive();
}

So, I guess I need to a .dll for multithreading. I don't know if there is a solution. I asked in forum. Anybody help me for this .dll ?
