An MT4 Expert Advisor that will open/close trades at a specific time (filtered with MA & WAE)

I'm looking for an MT4 EA to follow this strategy please:

Indicators:

Moving Average

Waddah Attar Explosion (https://www.mql5.com/en/code/7051)

Average True Range

Functions:

Open trade time (example 08:00)

Close trade time (example 17:00 if a trade is still open)

Buy:

At ‘open trade time’ if price is above the Moving Average and Waddah Attar Explosion shows an uptrend.

Sell:

At ‘open trade time’ if price is below the Moving Average and Waddah Attar Explosion shows a downtrend.

Risk & Money Management

Input for % for capital to risk.

Inputs for Stop Loss, Take Profit and Break Even (with a Trailing Stop) as a ratio of the Average True Range value when trade opens. E.g. If ATR was 10 then I can enter “1.5” for a stop loss of 15 pips, “2” for a Take Profit of 20 pips and “1” for the Break Even/Trailing Stop to start when 10 pips in profit.

True/False function to close any open trades at the close of a candle if the Waddah Attar Explosion gives a reverse signal. E.g. Buy and WAE has turned red / Sell and WAE has turned green.
