An Expert Advisor that will place trades automatically according to my two indicators strategy

I am looking for an experienced developer that can create an Expert Advisor for my two indicators strategy.

The name of the two indicators:

(1) TOP_Ultimate_Breakout indicator
(2) 08- Band Trade

The required confirmation prior placing buy trade:

(1) The price action should reach passed the lower outer bands
(2) The ATR blue line should be outside the lower outer bands

The required confirmation prior placing sell trade:

(1) The price action should reach passed the upper outer bands
(2) The ATR blue line should be outside the upper outer bands

The condition for SL and TP:

(1) The trades should automatically place SL, TP1, and TP2 (should be based according to the TOP_Ultimate_Breakout indicator)
(2) When the price reaches TP1, automatically closes 50% and move SL to breakeven, to make a run towards TP2
(3) When placing trades, automatically calculates the lot according to the %risk (risk management)

Should be used for 5M timeframe, but can be used for any time frames if possible
