Two new parameters and fix two errors

New parameters:

trade_buy = true/false – open BUY orders only

trade_sell = true/false - open SELL orders only

I need it to control if open sell or buy or not open none

How work this EA and i-regr indicator.

Open SELL at Upper Band and open BUY at Lower Band. If parameter use_oposite_exit = true and use_middle_close = true this order will be closed in the middle band and / or in the opposite band.

This is working fine. But if parameter  use_oposite_exit = false this order keeps closing when reach the opposite band. It not work fine.

This needs to be fixed.  use_middle_close = false working fine.

So, I need fix  use_oposite_exit = false to not close order when reach opposite band.

2 Fix

When parameter  ReverseTheSystem=false; //Reverse the system work normally Opening SELL at Upper band and BUY at Lower Band.

But if  ReverseTheSystem=true; //Reverse not work fine.

When  ReverseTheSystem=true; //Reverse system the system should open BUY at Upper Band and SELL at Lower Band and close at the opposite and middle bands if the parameters define it.
