Ea that open orders when the indicator change direction(need to wait to close candle)

I have indicator(source code included) that I need a ea that will open order when the indicator change direction(it need to close candle to open the order)

*indicator modifications

1 - it need to modify the indicator to make sound when the indicator start to change direction

* ea funcionality

2 - when candle close it has new direction open order

3 If direction changed and has an open order, it has to close the order and open new order 

4 - martigale (on/off) if changed direction and the order close is loss, it has to open new order with martingale. If close order is gain it has to reset martingale and open new order

5 - martingale multiply

6 - lot size.

7 - select time to start/stop the ea

8 -   fixed sl/tp ( if the variable is  0 no need sl/tp) 

9 - write comment in the order
