Private EA capable of high profit & low drawdown

Brief Description

I'm on here today to ask you all to help me create an EA capable of producing high returns consistanly, with minimal drawdown (probably same as everyone else).

For this project, the developer must have a very good understand of market strategies and must develop their own strategy that works. (I don't mind if its not original, just has to be very consistant and reliable).

Whilst my coding knowledge is quite dull, I took a few classes in university so have an ok understanding and have tried my own bots (they work just not to the magnitude i want them to).

I am more than happy to assist in the coding of simple methods to ease the load.

Ideally I am looking for something that can:

 - makes %1-%2 profit daily without fail (obviously nothing is perfect but you know what i mean)

 - incorporates compound growth (ajusts lot size to account balance, this isnt hard to do)

 - a drawdown below 5-10% (negotiable)

 - NOT MARTINGALE

 - higher than 80% win rate

 - opens and closes trades within a single trading day (not compulsory)

I would prefer someone who is willing to alter the code in the future (obviously I would pay for this, but would like to keep the same developer). And also someone with good english speaking capabilities to avoid language barrier.

I can run backtests myself, but would prefer if you can do them aswell.
