I need a mt4 EA indy/script to set alerts on various levels across 15 pairs.

I'm looking to have a EA/Indy that i can run that will mark out levels and set alerts in mt4 for when price retests these levels.

The tool will monitor will look for the last down close candle before a upward leg which resulted in taking out untested highs (raids liquidity/resting stops)

We want to monitor when price retests that down candle before that upward leg.

opposite is true.

We want to monitor the Upward closing candle before the downward swing in price that had taken out untested highs. - we then want to be alerted when price returns to that upward closing candle.

The tool should send out alerts when price hits those levels.

It must work across a series of pairs that i am able to define and appear on a matrix that will also will.

Essentially we have three things we are looking to monitor.

events 1 . When the upward  or downward leg takes out highs or lows that candle preceding the high or low is to be marked and logged as (Motive candle)

event 2 is when price returns to the (motive candle) which now turns into the (stake out candle)

event 3 is when price breaks through the high or low of that stake out candle its now marked as a (robbery in progress candle)

The EA must be able to set various paramaters, ie 10 - 15 pairs to monitor, Option to turn alerts on or off for Stake out candles, And Robbery in Progress candles.

On the matrix i should be able to see across all pairs being monitored how many minutes ago a stake out or robbery candle was formed for each pair with the option to click on the pair and have the chart open up with the candle in question clearly marked.
