Develop EA in MT4 based on existing EA in MT5

Dear developer,

an existing EA in MT5 needs to be created as an EA in MT4. 

The EA is based on the RSI indicator and is opening the first trade based on a cross action (RSI-value is crossing limit-value) to open either a BUY or SELL trade.

If the trade is moving in the wrong direction, another second trade will be opened based on the entered "distance" (i.e. 100 pips distance from first trade opening price). A third trade will be opened if another i.e. 100 pips distance from the first trade opening price (total 200 pips distance) is existing. TP and SL will be calculated each time of opening a new trade.

Depending on the adjustable "max open positions" value, the EA opens trades. 

The EA should run on different currency pairs simultaneously. As soon as a trade for one currency pair i.e. EUR/USD is open, trading of another currency pair is notallowed. 

Add-ons to be developed for EA in MT4:

- News filter

- Open trades on days and time i.e. "Mo - true" between "1 am - 1pm", "Tue - false" "no time selected", "Wed - true" between "11 am - 9pm", etc.

- Further improvements to be discussed

EA must check and correctly process possible errors in trading operation. After a connection error, the EA should continue to work again. No manual trading and no other EA.

The source code will be passed to the client. All rights belong to the client.
