I need an expert advisor to do the following based on attached methodology:

1- Open pending orders ( buy and sell)

2- check for open orders

3- check comment for open orders

4- Variables should be configurable. I mean the script should allow me to change values of X, Y and Z, and equations if I want to.

please have a look on the attached file.

I try to write it in Pseudo code
