I would like a dashboard that will scan and alert (on dashboard, mt4 alert, mobile phone, email) when the conditions are met. 

The indicators used will be Beast Super Signal (so i require the scanner to keep on refreshing because beast signal will repaint), TMAcg, RSI, Nitro, Trend force, MACD histogram etc. When RSI crossover occurs, it needs to be at a % value from the center band of TMA. Then scanner will need to scan back a number of candles for conditions to be met (for eg trend force and MACD histogram values need to be within a range). Since I am using MACD histogram, the yen pairs (0.0000), US30 and XAUUSD (0.000) and normal pairs (0.000000) have different decimal places. I will need your help in overcoming this problem.

I have everything written clearly and will pass to you more info if you are interested in taking the job. 

It is important that the dashboard alerts quickly and does not slow down my computer so much. I would like to say again, pls ensure the code does not lag the system too much. Also please do test for bugs or else the project will extend because I have a 12 hr job and it will take time for me to help debug.

When all is done, please give me 1 week for testing. Also I would require the source code and hopefully i can find u again to make it into an EA. 

**I will give priority to coders who can show me their dashboard does not lag and also solved the MACD histogram decimal place issue.
