Help me to convert my indicator to ea

i need your help in making me an ea for mt4, that uses one of my indicator as its signal, its quite simple and straight foward, but i will write them in detail point form so its easier for u to use it as checklist

LOOK FOR ONLY BUY SIGNAL IF

condition 1:

ea detect an UP arrow, ea will check the following:

1.1 is the last oscilator signal green? if yes

1.2 is there any down arrow betwwen the current UP arrow and the last green signal? if NO

1.3 ea will place buy order

1.4 ea will place another new buy when price touches lower bollinger band period xx deviation xx or when  green signal appear as long as the distance from the last buy made by ea is minimum 30x spread

1.5 TP is set automatically using the opposite bolinger band period xx deviation xx 

1.5.1 all buy will also be close if price touches the opposite bolinger band period xx deviation xx

1.6 all buy order will be fully hedge if 

1.6.1 a DOWN arrow appear and the last oscilator signal is green AND there is no UP arrow in between

1.7 the hedge which is the sell order will be close if:

1.7.1 an UP ARROW appear, and ea will place additional new buy order here

1.7.2 and all buy will be hedge again if the condition mention in 1.6.1 occur again

by now, either all buy order will only be close due to point 1.5 or 1.5.1a

OR all buy order will also closed if condition 2 appear (see below)

condition 2:

ea detect an DOWN arrow, AND ea will check the following:

2.1 is the last oscilator signal RED? if yes

2.2 is there any UP arrow betwwen the current DOWN arrow and the last RED signal? if NO

2.3 ea will place sell order

2.4 ea will place another new sell when price touches upper bollinger band period xx deviation xx or when  red  signal appear (as long as the distance from the last sell made by ea is minimum 30x spread)

2.5 TP is set automatically using the opposite bolinger band period xx deviation xx 

2.5.1 all sell will also be close if price touches opposite band of bolinger band period xx deviation xx

2.6 all sell order will be fully hedge if 

2.6.1 a UP arrow appear and the last oscilator signal is red AND there is no DOWN arrow in between

2.7 the hedge which is the buy order will be close if:

2.7.1 a DOWN ARROW appear, and ea will place additional new SELL order here

2.7.2 and all sell will be hedge again if the condition mention in 1.6.1 occur again
