Modification of an exiting Signal EA to add in features

Modification of  Signal EA MT5  ( https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/43820, I have the source code and authorized by publisher to modify it by a coder). I hope experienced coder can bid.

To add in this features:

1) add hull moving average as a trend filter (indicator source code is provided), by gradient/color change. 1 or 2 lines.

2) add ATS and Pilot Point as Profit Taking and Stop Lost (source code is provided inside the current EA source code)

3) add hull moving average signal change as to close the trade

4) add auto-timeframe into the existing filter (for example, x3 to x4, x3 to x5 of the current trade timeframe)

5) Add Chopiness Index as filter (source code is provided)

6) Main Swtich Disable Trading (Do not add more trades)

7) Low Resources Protection
Disable Trading if a) free margin b) entity is  less then or equal to X% of balance

8) Consecutive Lost Protection
Disable trading (do not add more trade), if there is Y number of consecutive lost

Embed all source code into 1 single without need of loading indicator or includes
