Price action with indicator

Dear professionals,

I would like to find someone who can help to write an EA with an indicator (TMA)

The programmer should have some understandings about this indicator

Setting

Buy Entry:

1)      TMA arrow appear (bull candle)

2)      Set buy stop at the “Highest” of previous bear candle (mark it as the reference candle)

3)      After buy entry, set the lowest price between the period from reference candle to buy order moment

4)      Trailing stop loss: once the new candle start, check the close price of previous candle is higher than the highest price of reference candle or not. If yes, move the stop loss to the lowest of the previous candle (also set the previous candle as the new reference candle); If not, keep the stop loss remain unchanged.

Sell Entry: Vice versa

Remarks:

-          Only one buy / sell order at the same time (but allow buy and sell order existing at the same although the chance of happening is extremely low)

-          Pip buffer is set to avoid the price will hit the SL due to spread easily

-          Please mark the arrow on the new reference candle so as to easily chase back the EA logic from backtest visual mode and live trading

-          pips size of stop order and SL: say minimum 10 pips and maximum 300 pips, if the buy order and SL distance is less than 10 pips or more than 300 pips, the order will skip

-          Expiration of stop orders: say 6 candles, after the buy/sell stop order formed, it will be cancelled if the over 6 candles still cannot trigger entry order.

p.s. I need to check all info of EA is fine and really follow the logic before hand over the progress as last time I had bad experience on programmer whose EA cant get any entry order on live account and he just disappear finally.
