Needed a trustworthy coder for a fairly non-complex day trading EA for stock indices

I would like to get someone to code a trustworthy EA that is not very complex at all - although has a very specific criteria on candles for opening trades - for day trading stock indices. The functionalities (without going into the deepest details which I would like to give to the person who does the job) should include an EA that based on a specific criteria of:

- if the current, finishing candle closes within a certain minimum tick distance and a maximum fib distance from the earlier day's closing price

and

- if the prior and current candle fulfill certain criteria on being "green" or "red" candle

and

- if it is certain time of the day

and

- if the current, finishing candle doesn't exceed certain length

and

- if the current, finishing candle closes higher than the earlier green candle (if the current candle is green) or lower than the earlier red candle (if the current candle is red)

If all of these conditions are true, the EA makes a buy / sell on market order at the end of the candle. The EA immediately sets stop loss and take profit values based on the prior candle. The EA doesn't have to close the trade, the trade will be closed on the set stop loss and take profit triggers.

I would like a person that takes responsibility over the functioning of the code, meaning if there's something wrong, (s)he will fix it including in the same price. This does not include making additional functions or anything like that, just in situations where the EA is malfunctioning.
