i need an rsi scanner for over bought/oversold  conditons with alerts and up and down arrows painted on chart red and green . with options for using a moving averages as trend filter and choosing just the specific required condition .non repainting arrows

for example if price is above 600 Simple moving average when rsi value reaches or goes below 30 then get is triggered and an arrow painted after a buy signal bullish candle closed  or when the rsi goes above value 34

Only rsi buy signal as long as price is above 600MA AND THE OPPOSITE FOR SELL signals

it should allow currencies to be add for scanning and the values of rsi should be adjustable

Also the value of the simple moving average should be adustable

rsi signals from the lowest time frame m1 , m5 ,m15 and m30
