HFT EA needed, must be able to provide demo version

Hi,

I am willing to pay up to $300 for a profitable HFT EA. It must not be arbitrage but rather a pending order or direct market order EA, it needs to have SL and TP hidden and be adjustable, working with ECN accounts with or without commission...it must place many orders during a day that is why it is called HFT, without risky (including Martingale) Money Management/Strategy but with Spread and ATR and News filters and breakeven, partional close, and trailing stop and scale-in (pyramid) functionality, risk management and loss-recovery functionality.

No DLL's allowed.

You must provide a time limited working demo so I can test it on demo account before we proceed.

Require a programmer who is skilled and not loaded up with lot of outstanding jobs. Need this simple EA asap.
