Create a custom indicator based on a complex indicator

Hello , I need someone experience who can create the custom indicator based on multiple indicators build into one complex indicator. The custom indicator have to meet some graphical conditions and need to show arrow for BUY/SELL on the chart so that I can validate the trade. I also need the custom indicator to send signals eg. entry price of the currency pair, take profit and stop loss to my MT4 account so that I know the best signals to trade. I only need the custom indicator to trade in H1. Things I need the custom indicator to do: 1. To show arrow on the complex indicator 2. Need to send signals to my MT4 account which is entry price of currency pair, stop loss and manual take profit 3. The manual take profit need to make another signal because of another graphical condition and need to send manual TP price to my phone Please ask me first if you don't understand.
