Copy entry logic/filters from one existing EA into another existing EA and two small changes to the receiving EA

I want to combine some entry rules from an existing EA of mine into another of my EA’s.  The rules to be copied seem to work, but need, I hope, some better trade management, which the receiving EA already possesses.

The copied code

I will be providing suggested lines of code for copying, but Please check if there is anything else.  I may have missed some references elsewhere in the code on which it relies.

Each copied rule needs to be optional.

None of the trade management functions from the donating EA need to be copied.

The receiving EA already has copious code to check that any entries don't conflict with an existing trade etc.  You should not need to change anything of that sort.

New coding required

1. There is one piece of logic in the receiving EA which is hard coded.  The MA is called the MA Cross EA and the act of crossing an entry MA is hard coded without any option to switch it off. It would conflict with the new entry rules. This therefore now needs to become optional.

2. A second new feature is to keep a count of the number of candles from the point when the EA is ready for a new trade, so that entries do not occur too late.

3.  There is one function to be copied that I want you to check.
