A simple Custom Indicator to read from an Access (MDB) database and plot chart lines

Summary: I want an indicator for both MT4 and MT5 to read values from three tables in MS Access 2007 (*.MDB) then plot those values on a chart.

Each table has a different periodicity: daily, weekly and monthly.  Each column corresponds to support and resistance levels: PP, R1 to R7 and S1 to S7.  The tables also have dummy columns which need to be ignored.

Essentials:

1.       Default colour for resistance is green and red for support.  The user should be able to change these colours as an indicator option;

2.       The indicator would have an option to restrict the number of days/weeks/months shown on the chart;

3.       The indicator must have the option to show all three time frames from the tables on the same chart or only one or two of these time frames;

4.       Daily has a solid line, Weekly a dashed line and Monthly a dotted line;

5.       Each support level has a buffer so it can be access from an EA;

6.       The source code will be provided to me;

7.       The source code should be clearly labelled so I can fine tune it in the future.

An example table is provided for the daily timeframe and the MDB database with the table names is attached.
