Export some indicator values / calculations data to excel table

Hi, I'd like an indicator to pull the following data (in txt file attached) from MT4 into an excel spreadsheet - I'd like to be able to set in MT4 which assets are exported- for example sometimes I would export just two currencies and sometimes it would be 10s of items including CFDs.

The way of calculating some of the data can be pulled from the attached 'trend' indicator. I think the rest of it is quite self explanatory
